Weightstones for Sauerkrautpots made in Holland.
Weight stones are two semi-circle stones for holding vegetables in place during fermentation. They also provide the necessary pressure on the vegetables for fermentation.
The weights are placed on top to keep it below the brine.
Sizes Ø: 9 cm - 13cm - 15cm - 17cm - 21cm - 20cm - 24cm - 28cm.
