In Europe we ship via GLS (General Logistics Systhems).

GLS EUROPE SPECIALIST Reliable parcel delivery within defined standard delivery times is the strong point of GLS. Domestic parcels usually reach their destination in less than 24 hours. In Europe delivery times are generally between 24 and 96 hours. GLS delivers Monday to Friday during normal business hours.

Track your parcel online at any time: All you have to do is simply enter one or more parcel numbers. You can also track your shipment in real time using a Track ID, which can be found on every notification card. In many countries, GLS provides delivery information in real-time. In several countries GLS has already built up extensive ParcelShop networks. These are convenient acceptance and collection points for parcels – with long opening times and offering personal service.

All shipments come including insurance and track and trace package numbers you will get by email as soon your package leaves our stocks.

All damage during transport will be replaced by us for 100% including all transportcosts.
